2019/2020 Holy Infant School FINANCIAL AID/SCHOLARSHIPS Opportunities


Scholarship Programs for the 2019/20 school year


The Catholic Education Office of the Archdiocese will be using The “Today &Tomorrow Educational Foundation” (TTEF) application to determine grants.  Families must complete the online application at www.ttef-stl.org beginning Monday, January 29th, 2018,.  A copy of the family’s most current 1040 Federal Tax Return and 2018 W2’s will be required.  The Application Due Date is Wednesday, February 28th, 2019.

Holy Infant’s Tuition Committee will be using the FACTS Co. to input the data of any Catholic families applying for Holy Infant financial assistance for the 2019/2020 school year. Families must complete the online FACTS Grant & Aid application at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/42SMQ when applying for following financial aid.  Only one FACTS application per child will be accepted. In a divorce situation, the application from the custodial parent will be accepted. The Application Due Date is April 1, 2019.


The following information and documentation are required (This application process is open now.  You must send supporting documentation before the April 1st deadline):


  • An application completed on-line at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/42SMQ

  • Payment of the $30 application fee online

  • Copies of your 2018 Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules. and 2018 W-2 forms for you and your spouse

  • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.

“Beyond Sunday” Scholarship-


Affordability is critical for Catholic families who may not qualify for other need-based scholarships. The purpose of the Beyond Sunday Education Fund scholarship program is to contribute to meeting the needs of middle-income families seeking a Catholic education for their children. These awards range from $1,000-$2,000 in aid per family and are renewable through 8th grade, upon annual requalification.

“Alive in Christ” Scholarship 


 Alive in Christ scholarships provide financial assistance to families who would like their children to attend an Archdiocesan Elementary School in the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Scholarship award amounts are based on financial need and will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.   These awards range from $1,000-$2,000 in aid per child and are renewable through 8th grade graduation, upon annual requalification. This program is open to families with new students entering Kindergarten through 4th Grade, or Catholic families with students currently attending an Archdiocesan elementary school.



Catholic Families Tuition Assistance Endowment Fund (CFTA) 
(This money is available through the Archdiocese as a result of the “Returning God’s Gift” Campaign.)



  • Applicants must be Catholic and must be registered at the parish.

  • Students must be Catholic and attend a Catholic Archdiocesan or Parochial Elementary School or an Archdiocesan or Parochial High School. Preschools, Private Elementary and Private High Schools are not eligible.



Parish Employee Endowment Fund (PEEF)
(This money is available through the Archdiocese through the generosity of an anonymous donor)


  • · Applicants must be employed by a Catholic Parish and work 1,000 hours or more during a fiscal year.

  • · Students must attend a Catholic Archdiocesan or Parochial Elementary School or an Archdiocesan or Parochial High School. Private Elementary and Private High School students are not eligible.



Holy Infant Tuition Assistance
(This money is available through the generosity of Tuition Assistance monies donated by Holy Infant parishioners.)


  • Family must be registered parishioners and have children in our Grade School or PSR program, K-8th Grade

  • Total Parish funds distributed for tuition assistance varies but averages over $35,000 annually
