Dear Parent or Legal Guardian,

Your son/daughter is eligible to participate in a school-sponsored activity requiring transportation to a location away from the school building. This activity will take place under the guidance and supervision of employees from Holy Infant School. A brief description of the activity follows:

Departing at 10:30 am

Return to Holy Infant: Noon

Method of Transportation: Parent's Cars (space for 51 students)

Students should bring a bag lunch in case we don't return in time to eat lunch in the cafeteria.

**Parents who aren't driving are welcome to meet us at the event.**
