Registration & Payment

To secure your space at the 2026 Holy Infant Holiday Boutique, please complete the vendor registration form below.

Important Information:

• Booth assignments are determined based on vendor type, number of tables requested, and access to electricity (if applicable).

• All registrations are final; vendor fees are non-refundable.

• Booth locations are assigned at the discretion of event organizers and cannot be changed under any circumstances.

• All vendors are required to bring extension cords (if you need electricity), pens, a computer/tablet for sales, and money to make change.

• To ensure a diverse selection of offerings, we reserve the right to limit vendors with similar products.

• Only one vendor per direct sales company (e.g., Pampered Chef, Scentsy, Usborne) will be accepted. Participation is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Once tables are ordered, we are unable to honor requests on the event date if you need a table. 
• Lunch option is available, provided by Honey-Baked Ham at an additional charge.

Our Holiday Boutique will be held in both our Gym and the adjacent Lower Cafeteria. You will have the option to choose which venue space. Spaces are limited and do sell out quickly.

INCLUDED IN VENDOR COST:

• Welcome Bag with treats & water
• WiFi access for sales transactions
• Table or space for Presentation racks, along with chairs for vendors
• Custom signage for your table, which includes your payment information

Early Setup Vendor Property & Liability Agreement

Vendors are solely responsible for the security and condition of their merchandise. Holy Infant School, Parish, staff, and event organizers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to items left overnight. The facility does not provide security or insurance coverage. Vendors are strongly encouraged not to leave valuables, including cash or devices, and to secure any remaining items appropriately.

All items must be stored in designated areas, removed promptly at the end of the event, and must not obstruct exits. 

By agreeing to setup early for the event, I acknowledge and accept these terms and release Holy Infant School, Parish, and associated affiliates from any liability related to items left overnight during the Holiday Boutique.

Hold Harmless Agreement

The undersigned party or parties ("User"), in consideration of the use of the below described facility ("Facility") of HOLY INFANT PARISH (the "Organization), hereby agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Organization, the Archdiocese of St. Louis, and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and volunteers from all claims, including all loss, cost, damage, and expense, including the cost of defense and reasonable attorney's fees related thereto, for damage arising out of the use of the Facility by the undersigned, its or their employees, volunteers or invitees.  The Undersigned User understanding that no insurance is provided by the Archdiocese of St. Louis.

By digitally signing below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined for participation as a vendor at the Holy Infant Holiday Boutique on November 15, 2026. I acknowledge that this serves as my official commitment to participate in the event.
