All About Mrs. Hoene: This is my 23rd year of teaching, and my 13th year teaching at Holy Infant. (I was a public school teacher & stay-at-home mom in the past.) My twin girls graduated from Holy Infant, & we absolutely grew to love the school/church community around us. Ella graduated from MIZZOU's Journalism School with a degree in Strategic Communication and is working at Safety National Casualty. And Abby graduated from MIZZOU with a Master's in Accounting & works at a firm called SFW. My husband, Jake, and I love walking our dog, Murphy, going out to dinner, & playing pickleball. We've been watching a lot of football games, and often travel to visit family and friends. We are both from Effingham, IL & travel back for nearly every major holiday. I also like to keep busy with my Book Club, house projects, binge-watching documentaries or TV series, and tending to my plants outside. My goal this year is to be the best teacher I can be and to maintain a steady routine at Club Pilates! : )
